Andy Lane, Head Of Business Development - Gas, Integrated Supply and Trading, BP

Andy Lane joined BP in 1986 and has worked in a variety of technical and commercial roles in the Exploration and Production, Gas and Power and the Trading parts of the company in the UK, Alaska and Australia. Since returning to the UK Andy has been responsible for the development of BP’s LNG business in Europe, Middle East and Africa, it’s downstream Gas businesses in Europe and latterly business development across Russia, the Caspian, Europe and Africa. Andy is responsible for gas transportation and sales from giant Shah Deniz project and is currently Chairman of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline company (TAP).
