Giuseppe Turri, Senior Advisor & Board member Clessidra
Prior to joining Clessidra, as Senior Partner and Co-Founder, Mr. Turri was Chief Executive Officer of Arca Impresa Gestioni SGR S.p.A. and was responsible for the private equity activities of the Arca Group (“Arca”), one of the leading Italian middle market private equity firms, from 1997 until 2003. While at Arca, Mr.
Turri led investments representing more than €278 million in 21 portfolio companies and was responsible for managing 20 existing Arca portfolio companies. He was a member of the Boards of Directors of a number of Arca portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Arca, Mr. Turri founded and subsequently, as Chief Executive Officer, led Europa Investimenti, an Italian private equity firm, between 1989 and 1997. Europa Investimenti launched Old Court Italian Venture in partnership with N.M. Rothschild.
Mr. Turri started his professional career at Citibank as a Relationship Manager of Institutional Clients and then as a Vice President in the private equity origination department.
