Paolo Cerza joined Accenture (former Andersen Consulting)  in Rome in 1987, and became partner in 2000. 
He worked in the Financial Services Industry for 10 years where he became responsible for Italian “Financial and Management Control” practice.
After 10 years he moved to the Communication Industry, where he covered different roles as Client Director of  large international clients in Europe and Middle East. In 2009 he has been appointed Country Managing Director of Accenture Turkey.
In 2013 he moved to the Health and Public Services sector where he was responsible of  the Health practice for Italy and Middle East.
In 2015 he left Accenture and joined Poste Italiane Group as responsible of Digital Services  for Public Administration.
During his career he has developed deep skills in strategy and business process reengineering for different Industries leading several important and complex transformation programmes. 
Paolo holds a degree from Rome University “La Sapienza” in Electronic Engineering
