Graduated in 2003 in Master of Economics and Business Administration, with specialization in Design & Fashion Management, at Bocconi University of Milan.
Immediately after her successful graduation 110/110, she experiences in the USA at Symrise multinational company, training in Raw Materials, Fine Fragrances and Perfumery History by perfumer Maurice Roucel and New-York team.
At the end of 2004 she starts working in ITF USA, affiliate of ITF Italy, owned by the family company ICR Industrie Cosmetiche Riunite.
At the end of 2005, she comes back to Italy, to join her father Roberto Martone, in the new licensee project for Dsquared perfumes, by developing the first scents of the brand HE WOOD and SHE WOOD.
From 2005 until July 2015, she follows the development of the scents of the family industry business, as Marketing Director and Product Development of ITF, by developing marketing plans and executing all the new products lines of Ferre (In the mood for love projects), DSquared2 (He Wood, She Wood, Potion, Wild and the latest Want), Blumarine (Bellissima, Innamorata, Blugirl, Anna, Ninfea), Trussardi (Uomo, Donna, My Land, My Name e A Way) and Pomellato (Nudo and 67) and all the ancillary products and extension lines by being responsible for products creativity and brand image, as well as for Media and Public Relations for local and international activities.
Giorgia Martone also followed the development of the project of the new Hotel Magna Pars Suites Milano, the first hotel à parfum, a pure distillate of Italian excellence, opened in Milan in January 2013 in the ancient site of perfume factory of the Martone’s Family.
Actually she is in the board of the family company ICR, Industrie Cosmetiche Riunite, with the aim of identifying new partnership opportunities for the selective cosmetic market and in charge of the development of the niche brand Marvin and LabSolue, the new Perfumery Lab, just opened in May 2015 in via Forcella 8 in Milan.
Not only work for Giorgia Martone, she is used to work also as volunteer. Her spare time is divided into art and photography interests and pleasure trips.
