Carlo Bellavite Pellegrini (Ph.D. in Economics, Bocconi University) is Associate Professor since 2004 and obtained the National Certification as Full Professor of Banking and Finance (MIUR) in 2014. His teaching includes Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance. He was Visiting Professor at the University Carlos III in Madrid (2008), at the University Cergy-Pontoise in Paris (2011) and at Cass Business School in London (2012, 2013 and 2014). He is Associate of the Centre for Econometric Analysis at Cass Business School, London, UK, and member of some research centres and associations. His main research interests include issues of Banking and Finance, Corporate Governance, Law and Economics and Corporate History of Banks and Industrial Corporations. He is author of five monographs and scientific articles at national and international level and he is an Associate and Guest Editor for the Universal Journal of Accounting and Finance, International Journal of Monetary Economics and Finance, Rivista Internazionale di Scienze Sociali. He is Professional Accountant since 1995 and Auditor since 1999 and is or was member of board of directors or of board of auditors in Italian listed corporations or in corporations belonging to listed groups and in corporations controlled by public bodies.
